Choose Happiness

Do you desire to feel happy or even happier on a daily basis?

In the current scenario is it truly possible to be Happy on a daily basis and if at all it is possible is it easy? isn't it a mundane task to keep you unaffected by the surrounding negativity, how can one Stay happy when one has so many things to deal with (especially when so much negative sentiments floated around)
So what if I say yes and that too it is quite simple as well. Yes of course it is not easy but it is simple, only if you decide to live your life with the purpose of being happy. No matter what.
Once you have decided now that yes, you are not going to be unhappy any more. 

Let's go do it now.

Connect feeling to whatever you do. 
Cherish love, friendship and relationships. You're a human being, not a robot.
What a human being without passion, love  and empathy?
Keep desires with people all around you and  importantly from yourself, expect life to be nobler kind and Happier. In this process, you might feel some pain or injustice happen to you.
May be sometimes you will find people and situations that annoys you.
So what ?
Won't you feel it worth a try  to accomplish the highest goal of being Happy and Calm from within.
And do you serve any better without it, what you can achieve by being rude grumpy  or for that matter being alone.
By any chance will it make your life any better??
The answer is No and a big one.

Come great with other people's expectation of you; Take charge not to concentrate on what people say or think about it. Don't listen to nagging voices about that you shouldn't have expectation from others and yourself (expectation hurts blaw, blaw  kind of non sense )They don't have any acquaintance with you or your spirit. don't expect hurt, dismissal unkindness if you don't want them to be a part of yourself, instead cultivate feelings of happiness and delight.
This is the most essential thing to concentrate on if you desire to lead a happy  life.

Remember!

We draw in our lifespan, what we concentrate  on, we bring into our lives, what we center on. This is the way it cultivates... Irrespective of how hard you try, it will redeem what you abide upon.
Book of scriptures says it all .
"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you "   Matthews 7:7


You may Look for Joy or Trouble the decision is simply yours nobody else can help you however you.
the more you look for Joy, kindness or empathy  more you find it. Look for sadness unhappiness and you experience it.
Thus, if it's  all depend on your choice to build your life Sad or Happy.
Why not choose Happiness.
After all, this is what we all want to accomplish all our spirits.

Here is one  very simple but important factor  to live a happy life. 

1. Be Grateful 

“Gratitude is not simply the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others.”-Marcus Tullius Cicero

Most of us never stop to count our blessings; rather, we spend the day only thinking about our troubles. We never pay attention to things we are blessed with.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions that you can practice in your everyday life. It not merely makes you feel happy, but also sets off up the emotions to make others happy around you.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, thanksgiving, and gratitude.
Develop an attitude of gratitude, and render thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It moves around what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.

Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that gets to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have led to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude. 
Gratitude always comes into play; research indicates that people are happier if they are more grateful for the positive things in their lives, rather than worrying about what might be missing. 
Appreciation can change a day, even change a lifetime. Your willingness to invest it into words is all that is necessary.

Here are two effective ways to develop gratitude.

1. keep a Gratitude's Diary

Take a notebook, a pen or pencil, and a little time to reflect on what you are grateful for and why. best time to do this activity is when you arise in the morning and while retiring for the day, start with three things you are grateful for most and as you develop the habit of gratitude keep integrating more and more, it might be anything. your health, your relationships, your work. soon you will find there are countless things you can be grateful for.

2.Say thank you 

Make it a habit of saying thank you to as many people as you can. Let's start with today. Say thank you to minimum three persons for any service they have furnished to you or just to  show good gesture and keep adding more and more people in this list. Practicing this will build up the habit of saying thank you for everything no matter how small it may be.

Experiencing and expressing gratitude turns our mental focus to the positive, which compensates for our brain’s natural tendency to focus on threats, worries, and negative aspects of life. As such, gratitude creates positive emotions like joy, beloved, and contentment which research shows can undo the grip of negative emotions like anxiety.

This makes you feel relaxed, Calmer and happy from within.

But everything will work only if you make a decision to choose happiness above any situation.

Great American President Abraham Lincoln describes it best;

“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”  

Your own mind is the source of happiness and unhappiness by whatever it choose to compare the experience with, if it chooses to compare with something worse then  it will create happiness.

 I insist you to "Choose Happiness."
